We are on a deep sea mission. Sometimes the preassure down here gets too much, I know, but its up to us to help and support each other. Doing this all alone will not do for most of us. We are to work in teams, small or big teams depending on the task.
There are those who have and can manage solo-operations I believe, but I think for the most this is the time of re-gathering.
