They ususally, are NOT your own essence/or higher self
but, they are definitely guardians, and, teachers
the trick is sorting out,
which ones are in 100% alignment with your mission,
and, your purpose, and,
which ones clearly are NOT !!!
GOOD/AND, BAD - duality is a great teacher
we have that option--all the way to the end
