Overpopulation is indeed a reality, a sad reality with a deep spiritual dimension, for if one thing, it shows, that we, Humans, do not think/care of the planet, its carrying capacities and the fate of other species - flora, fauna.
I am not much acquainted with the modus operandi of 'Pathfinder', i am also just discovering this organization.
You may have a point, though: the taboo on the issue of human reproduction, respectively overpopulatrion is so heavy(consider the weight of the Catholic church alone!), that many are extremely cautious, in order to avoid the criticism of the media and the 'humanists', but also in their fear of stigmata, anathema, ex-communication...
And as a result, you end up with this kind of 'offers without engagement' and some general recommendations.
I do not know about that "mass critical to the shift of the earth's (and our) consciousness upward to the fourth density", although i frankly do not see much logic in there.
What i think, is that if we keep procreating the way we do now, a shift of another type is more likely to take place - into the oceans!
