If people ignore these companies thats where they will run into problems . They do have a right to contact you but YOU have the right to determine how they do it. If you ignore them and do not contact them you dishonor them and in doing then they can come after you . If you are being harassed on the phone then simply tell them that they must correspond with you by mail and no longer by telephone .
