I have no idea how it works. I'll have to learn. And I see no scales - is that because I use Firefox?

I don't think there was any moderator feedback on this - Gareth just decided we could give it a go again, and hope it is not abused like it was last time. I missed all that happened last time as I was not yet a moderator.
