That's a very good point to make. Yes, we have to deal with our "programs" and grow, but at the same time we don't need a fifty pound weight added to them, so discernment is key.
I found that centering myself and communicating with my family the key, and if there was a heel digging in feeling and real palpable anger, that it was unnatural, and I booted it!
The lighter energy just flowed, and made dealing with issues more easy. Sending energy to assist any and all here with their needs on whatever level that may be.
