When i heard this before from someone else alarm bells rang. For those who do not know the proper process will be open to psychic attacks.
This is why i have started a meditation training program.

This really is not advised at this early stage.

I am not saying you are wrong with your intentions, but without knowing and being prepared, it could be dangerous.

Sorry i do not mean to be rude by this message, i am just looking out for everyone, so please dont take this the wrong way.
