The saying "as above so below" and "if you hate your brother it's the same as murder" are directly linked. Nothing happens in our actions until we spiritually create them in astral and then of course we create them here.
Now, of course not all the entities in astral can create in our realm, but we do not create anything in our realm that we do not first manipulate via our higher selves in astral.
I have walked many of the astral levels, and I can see the spiritual tags placed on people here in this 3rd dimension. Many walk around without understanding their depression, their anger, their pain, their dis-ease is an astral energy band or tag on them. They don't know how to get rid of them, especially if they are tagged from the back. They don't understand astral healing or how to shield and are so wide open.
When someone truly hates their brother (soul are all related) they send out energy that is murderous. They don't always act out in the physical, but those who do first hated their brother and then murdered him. All is energy. All matter is energy. If one can get into that mindset then they can create anything in this plane they truly believe in, and work in universal energy to gather it. I'm saying too much for neophytes who may be reading, I will stop here.
I will add a word of peace now, if you are bothered, if some of my words struck a cord with you and you feel tagged, then center yourself, fill up with love and light and feel the higher vibration, get out of the lower astral level where the negative entities hunt you, and they cannot go higher, it's painful for them. It confuses them. Let go of your anger. Depression is anger turned inward, let it go. Let go of those who have wronged you, hurt you, broken your heart (family, lovers, friends) and let them go in divine love, then immediately, and I mean immediately fill with divine love as a choice. Fill those wounds that have been freed of the tags. Fill them with divine love and feel the peace fill you, bask in it, relish it, and rest in it.

Breath now, in through your nose for the count of 4, hold it for the count of 7, exhale through your mouth to the count of 8, do it again. Do it for 4 to 8 times and reset your parasympathetic system and be rebalanced to move up to higher energy and know you are deeply loved by the greatest love you could ever know.
