I'd like to declare a health emergency.

There's something contagious going around and it seems to primarily affect unaware citizens, especially those who've never seen blinking lights on a screen.

It's called Pac-Man Fever and boy is it ever deadly. I have instructed the military to be on the lookout for a round yellow man, or "Pac Man" and the ghosts that he chases after, whatever they're called.

Folks, Pac-Man Fever is not to be messed with!
