Plus isn't December 2009 the month that Codex Alimentarius legislation goes into effect, restricting the available dosage amount that can be sold or even allowed to be available?

The legislation against supplements that was passed many years ago BEFORE everyone was trying to stop recent legislation attacks against supplements. I believe regulations were already passed before anyone knew, I think back in 2004 or 2005.
