This is an example of a the good attitude IMHO.

This "flu" outbreak is a fear-mongers wet dream. I am not denying the reality of it, nor am I stupid enough to think that this may not be an game over scenario for many, but what is really important to realize is that fear and stress WILL compromise your immune system and make things worse.

Fear is as infectious as the flu.

Instead make a CHOICE.

Choose to radiate the healing power which is the love and the light.
