I guess the point I am trying to make is that these things exist because we have something to learn by dealing with them. They are not separate from us. There is not a consciousness created in this universe that is separate from us. If everyone on this planet had already completed their souls progression through the 22 archetypal learning curves then they would not be here. Not because they would loose interest, because by the law of attraction they would just never show up.

The second you have learned the lessons that the creator of all that is designed them for, they stop showing up in your life forever. They are programs in the archetypal 3d learning curve. The only acceptions to this are certain kinds of Demonic non-reptilian entities that are not from our local Universe. They are rouge spirits that have polarities that are off of the negative scales of our local universe.

These are much more rare. The only way I know of dealing with these is to ask for assistance from powerful positive beings. These bad guys are not aligned with anyone and will hand you your ass if you try to just use your own power of love an light.

I would also like to add that I believe that we may be inadvertently discriminating against all humanoid reptilian life forms because of the actions of the bad ones. If there is full disclosure and the reptilians that have chosen the positive path walk among us, then lets make sure we do not hate them because of the actions of others of their kind. Lets stay away from alien stereotypes.
