Happiness is based on circumstance ,or whats happening. I guess thats why its in the US constitution, that we have the right to pursue or chase happiness.
Happinness is illusion, because the circumstances are always fluctuating. So am i at peace regardless of whats happening,Yes. Thats just my two cents
