Yesterday, I had another odd dream that relates to things that I have tried to steer clear of on here.

In the dream, men dressed in navy blue uniforms with FEMA on them were going door-to-door, attempting to evacuate citizens. My mother seems them heading towards the door from up the street and yells, "Get down, go hide in the cellar!" and my parents, I and niece get down and crawl towards the basement. We all bunker down but since we're all down there, there's no way to know if the FEMA people give up or not. We wait a few minutes and then come back up to see the back of a large van that appears to be heading back up the street (after turning around). There are people on the van, apparently distressed.

My parents remember my grandmother and fearing for her life, call her up. She hides in her basement but they tell her to be very sneaky because the FEMA people look through basement windows! We all just bunker down. Ditto for my brother and he's able to hide as well.

Basically, family spends several hours just hiding in fear. After night falls, my father takes a ride through town to find it DESERTED. Almost no one to be seen.

That's all I can remember. This dream also reminds me of when my grandparents had to go underground to avoid sterilization in the 1930s. My family was somewhat "prepared" in a loose sense.

Just an odd dream. Of course, it could happen.
