Part Three, abridged from original decision.

There may be other individuals within Avalon and Camelot that have
knowledge of facilities within the UK whose remit includes some form
of mindcontrolling technologies utilising unwitting human guinea pigs.
Genetic experimentation and combined Military backed abductions.
The Watcher has gone on record since the early 1990's of his involvement
with one particular facility located in Berkshire.
We can offer the following locations for similar facilities whose remit
duplicates and exceeds that of Peasemore.

Government/Military/Intelligence/R&D facilities located
Wiltshire
Hampshire
Berkshire
North Yorkshire
Devon
Oxfordshire

For obvious reasons more precise locations will not be stated herein just
yet. As stated we do not expect individuals here to simply accept this
data, a little amount of research can secure this.

NOTE*
The Watcher aligned himself with the Disclosure Project run by Dr Steven
M Greer during 2000. Between that date and 2006 Dr Greer stated publicly in interviews that he and his team had under their wings 2 individuals from the UK whom worked within facilities dealing with specific R&D. The Watcher was one of these 2 individuals. The second individual is of a totally unknown quantity but may have approached another disclosure organisation before disappearing totally. Dr Greer has stated that due to the near impossible verification of such black budget programs and the claimants these 2 individuals were put on hold pending such verification in the future. This second individual was reported to have worked at a facility similar to Peasemore but located in Kent.

OPI working with specialised teams have for several decades steered the general public towards accepting other intelligences, using several methodologies including mass media manipulation. Working with individuals within Government, Scientific, Military and Intel circles, plus seeded individuals within the research communities enabled a constant flow of data direction. Within this area psychological procedures were employed to obtain the desired results, the acclimatisation of the human race to OPI.
The psychological operations used are of by neccessity located within what is termed deep black programs. Heavily compartmentalised with strict need to know. Resulting in reasonable deniability within departments whose remit may on occasion interact with the psychological operations.
Careful placement requires little or no paper trail for investigators to pursue.
(On that topic it has been stated to disclosure sources that The Watcher was placed with a front security company to create a plausible paper trail and to satisfy documentation. In this instance the security company involved was Guarda Security).
