Hi Olam and thanks for mentioning the work of Drunvalo.He used to facillitate the 'Flower of Life' workshops.These workshops are still taught worldwide...and highly recommended.I did the 7 day workshop back in '99 and it was life changing...the most magical,amazing,illuminating week of my life ! The subject matter of these teachings are available as Vol.1 and 2 of 'The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life'. There is a wealth of information in these books on sacred geometry,atlantis,alternative history,Akhenaton and the Egyptian mystery schools and they describe how to do the Merkaba meditation...which is very powerful...especially in groups.
