OK, I'm sold.

The pineal gland is the link to the higher realms and it becomes calcified. A properly functioning pineal gland would be of great benefit to the individual.

There are many ways to get your pineal gland back to fully functional status.

Which are the simplest?

Which are the most effective?

As the pineal gland regains functionality is the change gradual or instantaneous? If it felt in sporadic bursts or is it constant?
