Soviet Artillery shell - I can see why that would of been a devil to swap into a missile case. Especially a western missile to hold a Soviet shell. Tomahawk is too distinctive, Storm Shadow way too pricey, so my mind boggles on what delivery vehicle they would be looking at - some thing soviet block or maybe even a home brew?
