Embedded rules of disclosure for The Watcher.

The Watcher is empowered to disclose without restraint.
The Watcher is empowered to disclose what, where, when, how and why
IF The Watcher so chooses.
The Watcher has the right to deny any disclosure topic/subject if
it encompasses areas deemed premature for disclosure at this time.
The Watcher has the right to deny on a need to know basis if it is
deemed non safe, or too restrictive in nature for release, on personal
safety and the safety of others, or if it is deemed to be not of a
beneficial nature to disclose.

A timeline has been set and this will be adhered to, with flexibility
as per the discretion of The Watcher.

These are the set disclosure protocols, Project Camelot and Project
Avalon can choose to accept or deny these. You have full free choice.
