How are we to interpret this article? Is this the plans of the Illuminati New World order, or is this a plan put together by Extraterrestrial hybrids living on the planet now, or currently in their spaceship above our planet? Its interesting that it is called the New World Order Alliance. Makes me wonder if this is a new approach to getting us to accept an Illuminati New World Order. It sounds so well thought out, even caring about the peeps in the forested areas. Call me a skeptic? If this is solely an ET plan, why has it not been broadcast around the world.?
