Default Re: Do you feel the need to keep your 'spiritual self' veiled in the workforce?

I work at the sharp end of materialism in the financial services industry.

I have been in the same company a long time. It is a challenging place to work on lots of levels, but it also keeps me from having to worry about money. The universe is providing for me abundantly right now, but I dont see that going on for ever.

I have sensed a mood swing recently - I think that people think there is going to be a big recovery in the markets and people are a little more upbeat. It makes me sad, because I know that some people had started to think about preparedness who never would have before. At the same time, there have been some events like power cuts in Sydney that are almost unheard of and that has a few remembering some of the things I have said to them in the past.

I keep my "new age" and "consipiracy" beliefs pretty much underwraps and no official comment is ever made, however, I do scatter thought seeds. Some of these have taken root in the past and I am aware of people around me who are also wiser to the larger truths. Gradually I can open up to these people and the conversations (mostly outside the office) go the whole way

It is a never ending test for me to keep silent sometimes

A..
