That just clears up my question about the Watchers citizen status. The links show that it is policy that your needing to to be an American Citizen to be directly employed by any US 'Uber' Agency. Not a sole gets in as a employee without being a Citizen. Oh and One of those above flies the BBD, but, your guess is as good as mine.
