today during meditation i received a 'text message'. it came in every color of the rainbow, and the background color even changed a few times too. it said
'i l u' and there were hearts. every time i saw it, i sent the telepathic message back 'i l u', and quickly received another. this went on for a long while.
never had that happen while i was meditating, getting a text message.
i guess this could validate that the love we are sending out, it being transmitted very well.
