People need to be educated to want to have less children in order to secure each child's future. With that in mind, it is rather a depressing time... Most dogmatic religions not only advocate having children to secure some type of twisted religious prosperity, but they also refuse to condone birth control. I think you just contradicted yourself with the "We are expanding like a virus" comment.
Regardless, population control is a tool of TPTB/NWO and they will bust their asses off to make sure that people consider this "option" when they start crying about the unwashed masses/useless eaters.
