Default Re: Overlooked connection between 2012 and the Bible?

I'm not into numbers games. Numbers may be a part of several occult and biblical prophecies or scripts...but why should our lives be governed by numbers? The historical inhumanity of man to man...and seeming nastiness of aliens(native or et) to man...is devastatingly mind-boggling. This is continuing, even as I type. Numbers and bloodlines seem to dominate a lot of conspiracy type research. They may be a factor...but to me, they shouldn't matter. What should matter, is the content of our characters...and the resulting attitudes and behaviors. The fact is, we continue to be really disfunctional. If you really want to go on a numerical wild goose chase...research Daniel 8:14. Some have suggested that a day in biblical prophecy is equal to a year. See Numbers 14:34. This 2,300 day period would then hypothetically span from 457 BC to 1844 AD. Don't forget to read Hebrews 9:12. By the way, the KJV is a mistranslation. Read it in the original language.
It's Greek to me.
