Just did a google search for "Stan Meyer pdf" and came up with this:

Looks like a lot of info there.

I have heard that Meyer patents include incorrect values for critical frequencies (on purpose) in order to prevent easy duplication. Shouldn't prevent someone from finding out by experimentation.
