You Already Are
No fear...no resistance...no doubt
Just an open heart with joy to let out
Effortless acceptance of whatever is
Be all of it for you are one with all that is
Don't be for or against...always be both sides
In unity lies wholeness...separation just divides
Choose as you will yet don't you ever forget
The more that you share the more that you get
Rise in thy vibration to that of praise and gratitude
When we include one another a warmth does exude
Be every action...be every emotion...be every thought
Love is the only thing each moment has ever brought
Be that love...be that freedom...be that star
Oh, who am i kidding? you already are!
The Thickest Of Veils
The thickest of veils cannot hide this knowledge
It isn't learned from a book nor offered at college
Even on earth does this knowledge shine through
Oneness...advaita vedanta...non-duality...not two
There is only one thing one can never forget
Consciousness is self-evident as all water is wet
Contemplate existence if you contemplate at all
Let the mystery deflate the pumped up ego ball
Inquire until there is no one left to inquire
Turn towards the light and jump into the fire
Let all concepts and belief systems burn away
Once you are in the silence, in the silence stay
Presence Already Is
Presence already is, it cannot be delayed
Whatever arises within it will always fade
Ask what remains after everything is released
Find what continues when the body is deceased
Let it all pass for the past only lasts so long
Right as it arrived it was soon time to be gone
Beyond to the place where experiences are buried
Within the chapel where love and light got married
Here is where all is made whole
Now with no regrets and no goal
This moment's beauty is enough for me
I am fine with knowing that i am a mystery
The answer can be found within the question
A poem is not complete until unity do i mention
Where the first becomes last and the last becomes first
When the one is so full that there is no hunger nor thirst
The Deep Of The Deep
You are already the all
So stop playing so small
Be the all that you are
The shining one, the star
Movement becomes an illusion
When you come to this conclusion
To know thyself is to know right now
Greeting the one self in all with a bow
Time and space disappear in sleep
Yet you remain as the deep of the deep
There is nothing that you don't possess
For there is only the one i must confess
The Master Plan
Without your presence is there a present?
Equally integral are both a king and a peasant
The creation would surely cease to exist
If even one being were dropped from the list
Any choice or any thought that anyone makes
Adds a drop of knowledge to God's great lakes
We are each the creator of our own universe
Do you consider this a gift or perhaps a curse?
Every morning when you wake up in bed
The world is projected from inside your head
Just like in dreamland each character is you
So remember to treat others like Jesus would do
Keep centered on love and all will be fine
To forgive and accept turns water into wine
Each moment is a truly a blessing in disguise
An opportunity to share and become more wise
Seek to serve others whenever you can
For to radiate oneness is the master plan
Silent Laughter
Listen to the silence
It speaks of loving care
Can't you hear the whisper?
Laughter fills the air
No worries about the future
Rejoice in timeless prayer
No dwelling on past memories
Dissolve the ego bare
Be present to the moment
The gift it brings is rare
The oneness is overwhelming
The presence which we all share
Seek the truth of here and now
The unknown glare will become quite fair
Surrender to the silence
Abide in the Creator's lair
Inquire Who am I? Who is aware?
Keep the focus inward with a joyful stare
The source of all is silence
Find the source I dare
The Fan's Unplugged
Search for what is permanent and does not change
That which equally embraces both normal and strange
When this is found then so too have you found peace
For that which is eternal is constant and does not cease
Participation and observation are like yin and yang
In perfect balance on the scales of life do they hang
No judgments, no separations, all viewed the same
Seeing with a single eye transcends the duality game
The fan's unplugged yet the blades continue to spin
The record keeps playing as i exist as bliss and grin
Why am i still here? i am confused, i do not know?
It must mean there is still room for my heart to grow
I thought i befriended it all, i thought i left none out
I try to live from faith, only nothingness do i doubt
Maybe i just like it here, perhaps i enjoy earth's test
First the challenge, then the completion, then the rest
Is my light making a difference? Is that why i stay?
I'm just waiting for the fraggles to come out and play
