If I may interpret what RA is stating; The action of loving and interacting with your pets increases the animals "self-awareness" thus graduating it to 3rd Density upon reincarnation of its spirit.
I know I like to show my cat its own reflection in the mirror.. at first she never seemed to notice herself in the mirror, with time she seems more aware.

The point I am trying to make is: Our 2D pets will come back as humans in the lowest sub-octave of 3D thanks to our love, in accordance with the Law of One.
