Humble Janitor: With all due respect to you, You beat the "fear" word to death. There is a big difference between being afraid, which renders a person useless, to being informed about whats going on, so that one may best prepare oneself to cope with things, Also sharing that info with others, in order that they may also be informed. This is not fear mongering, this is caring enough to spread the info so that others are not taken by surprise.
If for example, your neighbours knew about a toxic chemical spill that happened in your area, & they knocked on your door to tell you about it, so that you could take the necessary precautions., would you see that as fear mongering?
We all have to be watching out for each other now.
