Hi recallone,
The answer to your doubts is quite simple. Fox News Channel is pro Republican. Does this still not make sense?
Okay, how about this. Even though he admits he is Conservative, Glenn Beck attacks the way that government works, both Republican or Democrat.
'Government' is a generic term, for the people who manage public spending and law making, independant as to who is in power.
But the thing is it's the Democrats in power at the moment, so for the viewer, the government means Barak Obama.
So Fema camps, doom and gloom, Mexico etc. etc. etc. which have been all going on, no matter who was in power, will seem to have all been iniciated by the current administration.
There can be no more powerful weapon against the Democratic party than someone on mainstream television screaming murder, forming the opinion of the viewer making tham think that only the current 'Government' is guilty.
I'm sure that if McCain had won the presidential elections, Glenn Beck would still be just on the radio.
You will perceive that Ron Paul, Peter Schiff and others will get more media space also.
Best regards,
Steve
