Love is an emotiona/feeling state of mind or it might just be who we are. love.
Hate is an emotion, a feeling, a though, a state of mind. It might just be who we are, hate.
They just are. we can go from one to the other in 2 second. which one will we choose. which one feels better. I guess that depends on the feeler.
There's not one right answer.
