manipulations of a staggeringly wide variety, and California's Stanford
Research Institute which was CREATED by Tavistock.

By 1958 SRI became CLOSELY tied to the Advanced Projects Research
Association (ARPA), a 'semi" governmental contracting agency which later
became known as the agency within which HAARP was developed.

Social control, always one of the guiding lights of Tavistock AND of
SRI, was one of the main reasons HAARP technology and it's abilities to
massively impact the global environment in terms of weather,
earthquakes, etc. AND to psychologically manipulate the population
directly via EM/RF HAARP transmissions was developed so wholeheartedly
and intensively.
