I remember all too well...I was a healer in Scotland in one life ..the reason I remember is I carry the trauma of being tortured and murdered for being a healer...by some very bad men..thrown off a cliff.
To this day when traveling in the mountains I get frightened and tense...I cannot handle heights. When meditating normally, my hands burn with fire in the center of my palms.
BTW I've never been out of the United states, and am not of Scottish decent. But I remember it..down to the clothes I was wearing.
