One capsule's ingredients:
5-HTP; Magesium taurate; Theonine; peptones/Lactium; Glycine; Vit B6

The other capsule: B6; Folic acid (B9); B12; Trimethylglycine or betaine; N-acetyl-L-tyrosine; Pantethine; Eleutherococcus senticosus (Asian herb for energy)

I do eat fairly well including grass fed beef, free range eggs, goat's milk; LOVE cheeses from all over the world (igourmet.com)< not affiliated, but a great source) and I drink red wine daily ... and once a week I get well into brandy/coffees... hee hee

Pilates is a great way to stretch/exercise your 'center' ...er.. gut!

and to add, the past month my life has been overwhelmingly busy... one thing after another, projects lined up boo kooo... our pond has been enlarged... garden is ready to plant... passive solar greenhouse wll be up by next Fall... I am SO grateful for the life I'm living now because just 2 yrs ago I was "dieing" on the vine, so to speak...
it's as if this life now was dreamed up by myself!<<< complete w/a partner I can only say "we get on so well".... as I'm hard to live with (lol).
I have very few close friends that have weathered many years.
