ya know, we have hard water here, and there will be spots on everything that is hand washed or splashed with water, but there shouldn't be "spots" on the lock that is on my gate, because it's not splashed with anything other than rain. Yet, it's got a white buildup you wouldn't believe. Yep, there's something in the air -
