couldn't join the med. yesterday until late.. I've been experiancing some sort of blockages the last few meditations I've done, where there seemed to be a wall blocking the astral.. I worked thru it last night in a 3.5-4hr meditation, full chakra balancing and a series of solfeggio frequencies.. finally in the last hour I was able to get to my place, but it still felt different.. like there was more structure to things, more "organization" it seemed.. definately different.. now it seems I can get there like before in speed, just required a different "key' of sorts.. not sure what to make of it.. are things progressing up there??
