Bill Cooper stated the following in his talk 'The Secret Government':

A Soviet sub and an American sub join at an airlock and the meeting is convened. The secrecy is such that this was the only method which would ensure that the meetings could not be bugged.'

If true...was avoiding bugging the real reason? Couldn't they just meet in a sub anywhere? Why would two docked subs be required? Was there really just one sub which docked at a secret base? Was the two sub story just a lie to give the crew(and anyone else) a snow-job? Did(does?) the Bilderberg Policy Committee meet at a sub-polar icecap/inner earth submarine(ufo?) base beneath the polar icecap with representatives of the hollow earth, the earth's crust...or both? Do 3 groups of 13 meet under the polar icecap? 13 hollow earth representatives(Pleiadian Aryan Fascists?)...13 earth crust representatives(Reptillian Fascists?)...and 13 surface earth representatives(Human[hybrid?] Fascists?)? Are the Greys just the errand-androids? Might Adolph Hitler have attended some of these meetings(after WII)? Is Lucifer the chairman of the board? Is Lucifer the God of This World? Do they perform a satanic ritual, complete with a human sacrifice to Lucifer? I'd better quit! This is getting creepy! Calling David Icke!
