	Yes it can mean several things.Its always layered. Then it could mean nothing.But if its a pattern ,then something is being said.Quote:

 Also that it was at Montauk, New York , the term monster used instead of creature, or unknown animal. Montauk Project then in some way inferred to  with its Monster that was created. I am just reading up on that now. Will post some info on that for those who do not know of that project that also evolved into Rainbow and Phoenix Projects.
