Hello from Slough, Berkshire!

You guys cannot imagine how relieved I am to know that I'm not the only person in the UK who contemplates on these very serious matters!

I live about 20 miles outside London (Heathrow airport is a 10 minute bus ride from my place), and I wish to live in more rural areas such as Derbyshire, close to the peak district or in Wales and also in the small towns outside Zurich, Switzerland. I've been thinking about this for the last 5 years now.

I've also been meditating and learning to stay positive using EFT & the sedona method which has helped me cope mentally/emotionally/spiritually with the current global events.

Any suggestions, advice about how to prepare in a physical sense would be greatly appreciated!
