Is this why so many ancient cultures focus on the breath as a vehicle for alignment with the energy of the divine?

The misuse is the orgasm that cause man to seek pleasure and avoid all obstacles. The avoiding of obstacles stunts growth. So man is always trying to have this over that, which brings so much suffering.
