Thanks orthodoxymoron. That's why I put a disclaimer out at the end of the show saying that I understood some of John's assertions would be difficult to grasp for some people. Nonetheless, he participated in an enjoyable interview; shared some interesting facts of his early career, and last but certainly not least, he participated on the chat for almost 4 hours and mingled with every member of the audience who asked him questions. No ego whatsoever. I truly admired that.
