I must apologize for jumping to conclusions that I posted in an earlier DNA thread a few months back. In that thread I was postulating that if the frequency was held down that this would result in staying on earth and not making the jump to 4th density. I now believe that this was not true and that if you do not go into an electromagneticly shielded undergound shelter then you will make the jump.

I have often wondered if the people who go underground and live there would become the future greys and you just nailed it my friend.
