Tone3, you were dead on .. I put those dates in my outlook calender and had forgotten the feb. 11 date and for some reason was expecting it earlier in the month... went through my typical upgrade symtoms the night before the 11th (highly energized, no sleep, pressure in the head, raging emotions) but just prior, on the 10th, my regular meditation was different, with intense kundalini sensations --very "high-voltage" sensatins thoughout my body but rooted in the spine... was really freaky and I had to really work at staying calm and allowing that kind of intense flow.. after that though, my whole body felt lubricated. I also noticed the emotional termoil in a lot of people in my circle.. very noticable!
you could see it everywhere, not just people.. the cat has been an absolute freakshow. she makes a good leading edge barometer for the energy shifts.. starts freakin' out days in advance..
