Nothing in the Universe happens in a vacuum. Every soul incarnate has to be vetted, informed of the circumstances of their destination, and approved by the ruler of this universe. The reason of the apparent over population is simple, every soul, wanted to have an opportunity for ascension at this current juncture, or wait another several thousand reincarnation on another earthlike star for a similar opportunity. All souls that are here now, were approved, unfortunately many, many, millions will not make it, some, because they are still asleep, and others because they did not awake on time. You cannot fault souls for wanting to be part of what is labelled in etheric and spiritual circles to be "The Greatest Show On Earth" literally. The great purification has begun and will continue unabated until Mother Earth has completed her cleansing, and made her long awaited adjustment to her ecosystems, and all this in sincere devotion and love for all those who have chosen to accompany her to her new destination of light among the greater Stars.
