I listen inwardly for guidance and inspiration. I stay in the "now" moment, which means staying aware, not going unconscious.

I create my day, to be one of Love and Light with all those I interact with.

If I "lose it" in any situation, I go away and 'contemplate' the lesson.

I practice "allowing" with those around me. I work on my self, not others.

I think in terms of "eternity", not short-term gain, of needing to be right.

I forgive myself, when I fall off the perch, and get back to work again.
