I too have been having spontaneous floods of anger over old issues. Triggers that I thought I'd retired are with me again. Also, though outwardly all is okay with me, I am without much forward momentum or motivation. It feels as though I am in need of remaining solidly in the present. Forgiving all the cr@p from the past (or maybe forgetting is a more serviceable idea so that the energetic traces of the event are erased rather than retained in a different form), and not tripping about what's to come, seem to be what is necessary right now. For me , though, the present isn't an easy place to stay. If these changes are occurring as you say, Tone, then not influencing them with shadow laden versions of past and future would be key, no?
And I don't want to pi** on your camp fire but a Lemurian seed crystal? giving you information? sounds kinda wacky. I'm willing to court credulity for the sake of a discussion, though. Good thread.
