Yes, it's tough studying all the intelligence data and the horror of the mistakes some people with millions of dollars are doing to hurt others.

That's why this forum is so important.

And as Ceilidh_Madigan said, get creative.
Paint some stuff that you care or know about.
Or learn a musical instrument.
I've been playing wooden pan flutes recently.
I get busy in Photoshop and paint and weed my old mums garden and help friends with their computers and software study to clear myself out sometimes. Also, don't let the scum of the Earth get you down.

Sometimes it is important to focus on those people that are really trying their best as a 'Light Worker'.
