I vehemently oppose the above link you just posted.
Here's why....
the human organism functions as a portal for higher dimensional energies to manifest through....
the functioning of the portal in the center of the head is contingent upon receiving enough power to allow it to operate...
the power flows from the base of the spine...
if there is a kink in the main line (the spine)... the power will not flow to the brain and the realization of Unity, which is the Key to Infinity, will not be unlocked...
If the realization remains unrealized, the individual consciousness believes it to be a separate, lonely entity wandering in the universe....
making the individual easy prey for the hungry, i.e. demonic influence...
the above URL you posted can create such a kink at the solar plexus region in the spine....
when people read the text they are
dis-empowered because they are told calling upon the name of God will not save them from abduction...
this keeps the power at the base of the spine from rising past the solar plexus, which is the nexus of separatist, individual consciousness....
if the power at the base of the spine were to reach the heart chakra, those that prey upon the unsuspecting would be subsequently
dis-empowered. For that which is not from the Source lacks Source energy, i.e. the Shakti, Kundalini, fundamental powerhouse, generative force, etc.
Ergo, the link you just posted (albeit haphazardly) is a total spiderweb concocted to trap the unsuspecting in a web of deceit....
