Some time ago, I ordered 'Behold a Pale Horse' from Amazon. I never received a copy...despite repeated emails to Amazon and their affiliated book supplier. I finally received a refund. I never had a problem with any other book order. I still haven't read the book...although I have listened to parts of it on YouTube! Was someone trying to keep me from getting a copy? I wonder. It was probably those darn Magicians!!
