Yep - I can see all of Your Pictures in splendid beauty. It must be something on Your PC that is preventing Image Placeholder Pics from not being displayed...
It may be the disallowance of Active X or Java too...

The consistent reboots could be a failing or overheating Graphics Card or it may be that You have a bad stick of ram or a Mobo problem (
